Job Title: Institution/Agency: Link to application for this position: Salary: Job Location: Application Deadline: Description: Qualifications: Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree - Minimum of 4 years of financial aid work experience at a college or university administering federal and/or state aid, with demonstrated ability to accurately interpret and comply with financial aid regulations - Excellent communication skills - Proficient with MS Access, Excel and Word- Supervisory or lead experience, with demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks to meet deadlines - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently within a highly computerized, dynamic work environment - Demonstrated ability to calmly manage conflict and change in the work environment with positive results - In accordance with Federal regulatory requirements, the incumbent must be in good standing on any outstanding Federal Title IV loans - Demonstrated ability to effectively provide services to diverse students and families
Preferred Qualifications - Master’s Degree - Demonstrated experience working with a Financial Aid relational database, writing data queries and reports using tools like SqlDeveloper, BiQuery, or MS Access - 2 years experience working as a financial aid professional reviewing aid applications, performing verification, making professional judgement changes, award revisions, reviewing financial aid satisfactory academic progress petitions, and giving financial aid presentations - Direct experience working with Banner Financial Aid software and/or NOLIJ Imaging software system Will you accept electronic resumes?: Instructions:
