Please review the dates listed for school(s) you are interested in attending. It is extremely important to meet all financial aid applications deadlines. These dates are the LATEST dates by which the FAFSA and any additional applications forms must be received by the institution to insure priority-funding consideration. The FAFSA application may be submitted electronically at www.fafsa.ed.gov or by mailing the paper application available at local high schools or at most higher education institutions.

Important Tips to Remember

• Applying for financial aid on time is EXTREMELY important. You may not be considered for all financial aid programs if you miss the FAFSA priority funding deadline.
  
  
• The FAFSA priority funding deadline date is generally the date by which the school must receive your FAFSA data from the Federal Processor. Most schools recommend mailing the FAFSA as soon after January 1st as possible and NO LATER than 1 month before the deadline for your school to ensure you meet the deadline. (FAFSAs can’t be mailed until January 1, 2006 for the 2006-07 school year.) You may want to ask individual schools for their recommendations.
  
  
• Some schools require admission by the FAFSA priority funding deadline as well as receipt of your FAFSA data from the Federal Processor by the listed deadline for priority funding. You may want to contact your school for details.
