Conference 2004

Welcome | Schedule (pdf) | Registration Information

WFAA's 2004 Conference
Red Lion Hotel
Olympia, WA
October 20-22

Registration Information
The deadline for conference registration is September 28, 2004. Please register by that date to avoid the $50 late registration fee. Payment should accompany the invoice or e-mail confirmation you will receive when registering online. Purchase orders or cash will not be accepted as payment. If you are unable to send payment – due to your budget cycle or other concerns – please send the invoice or email confirmation in by September 28th and provide payment as soon as possible. We must receive your payment no later than the WFAA Conference. All registration invoice or email confirmations postmarked after September 28th will be assessed the late conference fee. Note: This registration is for the conference only and does not include hotel accommodations. Please call the hotel directly at 1-800-RED-LION to make your reservations (www.redlion.com/olympia).

TIP: If one person is responsible for registering many people from an institution, it is recommended to collect all the Usernames and Passwords in advance of registering. You must enter each individual’s username and password in order to register that member.

Refund Policy: There will be no refunds made after October 8, 2004. Prior to October 8, 2004, requests for refunds should be directed to Darcy G. Modarres at dmodarres@uwb.edu, 2004 Conference Registration Chair.

One-day Registration: A one-day conference attendance option is offered on Thursday, October 21, 2004. This is designed to afford institutions the opportunity to allow their staff members to participate in their professional development and growth, without a large financial burden. Staff can travel to the conference site and attend the many workshops offered on that day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided, thus giving the members the opportunity to network with colleagues.

Registration Fee Schedule
Registration materials must be postmarked by September 28, 2004. Payment must be received no later than the conference check-in.
