Dear WFAA Friends,
How many of us have heard that famous student line, "I just have one quick question"? This year's conference theme, “Financial Aid’s Fast, Simple Answer: It Depends,” will provide the opportunity to look at the questions we face each day in our jobs and evaluate how we respond to them.

On behalf of the Executive and Conference Committees, I extend an invitation to each and every one of you to attend the 2004 WFAA Annual Conference at the Red Lion Hotel in Olympia, Washington. The conference dates are October 20 to 22.

The Conference Committee has designed a program that includes something for everyone. The program includes sessions for newcomers and seasoned managers, as well as sessions dealing with technology, new initiatives, and fiscal issues.
